The article raises an interesting question whether the contemporary culture places emphasis on only womenââ¬â¢s physical attributes and disregards the body shapes of men. Notably, the article shows that body image is a concern of one gender. The contemporary body fashion seems to be small-breasted, slimness, and narrow-hipped. Flabbiness is associated with poor body shape. The media have affected the womenââ¬â¢s perception of their body configuration.
